Bio: I am a 61 year old male, who has found new hope and a better way to live out my purpose in life. I was born-again on October 27, 2008 while serving time in the Billerica House of Correction. Please see my story about how God worked with me during this time.
I am currently working on developing this ministry so I can reach those who are seeking changes in their lives. For the past five years I have been seeking Jesus and studying his Word. What I have learned has forever changed my life. It all started when I realized I was powerless over my own life. I had hit the lowest point in my life and finally fell to my knees and asked God for direction, strength and the ability to change my defects. That is when I felt His presence in my life, and was lead to the Bible and started to be shown the Love that God has for us. As I continued asking questions and seeking answers, the more God was placing people in my life to help me on my new journey of becoming a Christian. Sometimes I can’t even explain how the Holy Spirit has lead me to the right source of information I needed to make the changes I needed to make. During all of this my faith became stronger and I finally surrendered my life over to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Since the foundation of Disciple of Christ Ministries were laid in May 2012, we have taken a vision given to me while serving time myself, to now a thriving outreach ministry reaching across the country. We are doing this through Pen Pals for Jesus, our correspondence by mail Prison Ministry. Currently we are serving over 900 inmates across 42 states, matching them with Christian men and women volunteers who share hope and encouragement through letters of Christian support.
Disciple of Christ Ministries boldly goes into the darkest places to shine the Light of the Gospel for others to see! As we continue to grow in numbers, so does the cost of operating the ministry. With all the new mail restriction in place brought us to spend more to reach the inmates bringing a strain on our resources across the board. Leaving us to reach out to churches and organizations inviting them to join us in our efforts in building the Kingdom of God.
